By reconnecting with the powerful natural healing wisdom within us, we can reclaim the health and freedom that is our birthright. This means slowing down, being aware of our breath and body and honoring what our mind-body really needs - proper rest, deep sleep, natural movement, naturally grown whole foods and following biological rhythms. It's not about ‘doing’. It’s about ‘being’ who we really are, coming home to our true nature.​ Knowing and doing are light years apart and so my coaching compassionately guides you to actually make lasting changes, as a certified Natural Movement, Precision Nutrition and Sleep, Stress and Recovery coach.

I've always had a sense there was something wrong with me.

On the outside I seem fine. But on the inside I've always been in a state of dissociation, suffering with deep sadness and depression with no sense of self-worth. Tension, pains, comfort eating, avoidant attachment and isolating myself led to an addiction to self-help and intense exercise to try and ‘fix’ what was ‘wrong’ with me. Being taught as a man it’s not ok to feel things, I became pretty good at repressing myself, leading to more tension. Repression equals depression. Eventually I realised that my nervous system was in a state of functional freeze due to trauma and narcissitic abuse. This has led me on a path of coming home to my true self and living a life nature intended.
